SnapTok is a free HD video downloader used by creators, editors and everyday viewers across more than 90 countries to save TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Twitter / X and Pinterest content. If something on the site is broken, slow, or just confusing, we want to hear about it — our small team triages every email and uses real user reports to prioritise the roadmap.
For the fastest help, include the page URL you were on, the social network you tried to download from, the video link itself, your device and browser (for example "iPhone 15, Safari 17" or "Windows 11, Chrome 120"), and a short description of what you expected versus what actually happened. A screenshot or short screen recording attached to the email helps us reproduce the issue much faster than a written description alone.
